  • Return Period
           You can apply for compensation within 20 days after receiving the product if it is damaged or due to other reasons caused by the manufacturer's sending error. Late applications will not be processed.

  • Conditions for Returns

    • The product must be unused, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
    • Opened or used plastic products can only be refunded if there are quality issues or wrong goods are delivered, and the refund will be made according to the proportion of damage (if the damage is man-made, no compensation will be made.Please upload an unpacking video, unpacking photos, or video and photos of the outer box).

    The refund amount excludes return shipping fees unless the return is due to quality issues or incorrect shipment.
